When you use our website, we collect NO information on you and install NO cookies (Cookies are pieces of information stored on your computer's hard drive or browser). When you email us we save your emails, so have your name and email address and any other information you give us (contact telephone number for example).

The Portal also embeds badges from the social networking site Facebook and Google+ and visitor stastics at Gostats.com These badges may add cookies to your computer when you visit the Portal. See Facebook, Gostats and Google's privacy policies for details.

Disclosure of personal information

We NEVER give this information to anyone else. We might email you to let you know about available dates, special offers and changes to the cottages and Tatras area. This is rare (once in the last 8 years I believe) for a general email although we will try to let you know about availability and prices if you ask us to (for example if you ask us to let you know when New Year is available and price).
However, if our cottages are unavailable and YOU ASK US TO, we could send your enquiry to other people who offer similar cottages in our area. The only exceptions to this are if it is reasonably necessary to
i) satisfy any applicable law and regulation,
ii) detect and prevent misuse of the Services,
iii) protect against violations of proprietary rights and safety of the Portal, its users or the public as required or permitted by law
or iv) to conclude a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets. We may on our own initiative, or at your request, replenish, rectify or erase any incomplete, inaccurate or outdated personal information stored by us in connection with the operation of the Portal. You have the right to inspect and verify any data about you. To do this please send me a request for inspection, which can be sent to the email or physical address mentioned below.

We will modify this privacy policy if necesary (new laws, new technologies), please check this policy periodically. I have added a version number and date for this purpose.
